Maisons COTÉ OUEST

(Article reprinted from the magazine Maisons Cote Ouest – October 2004 - by Agnès Waendendries. Photos Joël Laiter)

"Our passion for houses is not limited to decoration. This is why we devote a significant part of our magazine to discovering new trends, to gardens and landscapes, culture and creativity, gastronomy, and history.

BOHIN, the last French manufacturer of sewing needles, pins, and metal stationary supplies, survives and thrives in the fields of Arts & Crafts and Leisure Arts.

You can visit the beautiful, historic factory—a cross between a master craftsman’s workshop and a large scale industry—in the hamlet of St. Sulpice sur Risle, near the town of l’Aigle and the Normandy beaches.
